FRL SEASON 8 ANNOUNCEMENT

It’s been a long 6 months since the announcement of a new governing structure to the FRL.  But now the time has come to dust off those fire suits and get ready for the first full FRL series under the new leadership, and the first to be run on the Forza 7 platform. With the recent updates to F7 the leader boards and time attack by class are back, making practice and credit accumulation easier.

So, beginning September 9, 2018 the FRL will start the Sport GT Championship Series.

The eligible cars are as follows:

2017 Aston Martin DB11
2013 Dodge Viper GTS
2015 McLaren 570S
2017 Mercedes AMG GT R
2015 Corvette Z06
2017 Acura NSX
2016 Porsche 911 GT3 RS
2015 Ferrari 488 GTB
2014 Lamborghini Hurricane
2010 Noble M600

Cars can be upgraded to S800, only upgrade restrictions are no drivetrain swaps allowed, community tunes are ok as well.

There will be 2 heats per race each lasting around 15 minutes. Results of first heat will be reversed for grid on second heat.

Below you will find the full schedule and track list.

Look for more rules and points system to be announced later. Also, we would like for you to have your cars and teams (if you choose to have one) registered by September 2, 2018 to have time to put together a preseason newsletter, any photos of liveries would be greatly appreciated.
